BSC is a more comprehensive way from a multi-perspective viewpoint on the way an organization is managed, where measurement and metrics (KPI) represent a fundamental mechanism.
Intangible Assets: Looking at the Value Chain of any organization, the core value must be often searched into its less visible part. And a proper analysis of intangibles cannot be done without their measurement.
